YOU can receive at the Mobile Food Pantry

THIS Saturday, January 16th from 7:15am – 8:45am or until food is gone

Journey Church works with Harvesters to provide a mobile food pantry for those who can benefit from it in our church and community on the 3rd Saturday of each month. If you are in need of food or household essentials during this time we want to encourage you join us at the church for our next Mobile Food Pantry.

Journey Outreach is excited to partner with Harvesters Food Network to serve our community with a monthly Mobile Food Pantry. This will take place every 3rd Saturday of the month at Journey Church.

We need several volunteers to make this a success! We do need you to sign up in advance. Ages 14 and up can serve. If you try to volunteer for a specific date and it is full you can try choosing a different date. Join your church family and let’s serve our community!

Discover the Journey

This class is for ages 18 and over. Registration is required and childcare is available for ages 10 and under. Contact Jeremy Phillips at jeremy@journeykc.com if you have questions.

Discover The Journey is the starting point for anyone who is ready to take the next step in participating, connecting, and becoming a part of Journey Church.

By the time you have completed Discover The Journey, you will know:

• The history of Journey Church
• The way Journey Church is structured and governed
• Our beliefs, vision, and mission
• Our specific belief on what the Bible says about the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts
• The calling, direction, and future for Journey church and your part in it

Once you have completed Discover The Journey, many opportunities for connecting, serving, and growing with us become available. It is our desire to see you become a part of Team Journey, and Discover The Journey is where to begin.

Prayer Gathering

THIS Tuesday, January 19th at 7pm

You do not need to sign up, just show up. Regular, intentional times of prayer are an essential activity to be a healthy person and a healthy church, especially in these current times.

We want to provide an opportunity for you to gather together with others to pursue God in prayer and worship and enjoy His presence. It will have an impact on your life. Prayer is the difference maker!

Route 56 Starting this Wednesday

Route 56 meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays from 7-8pm at Journey. This group is a place where kids in 5th and 6th Grade can begin to discover God’s path for their future. They will grow in their relationship with God, with each other, discover their gifts and learn to share their story. Lots of food and games are involved.

Stand In The Gap Faith Promises & Giving
